If you will no longer be acting in the role of a Facilitator and a new Facilitator takes over, please let us know and we can work with you both during the transition. Once you tell us their full Name and Email Address, the new Facilitator can be set-up with their own username and password.
You can direct them to the Resources section or our Facilitator FAQs to help them become familiar with the role. We do recommend that you provide them with a brief handover if possible, especially in regards to any special instructions regarding billing, purchase orders, payment methods etc.
It is possible to have multiple Facilitators - for example you may have two people who are supervising the same area. Just let us know if you want to add or subtract Facilitators, or if you are replacing a Facilitator. Once you've reached the limit for complementary Facilitator accounts, you can add more at the cost of 100 points, but we can advise you further is this applies to your account.
