Pre-ordering Enrollment Credits is our recommended purchasing option, as it means you can enroll staff super fast without needing to complete an order every time; and on the billing side, ordering in advance means less paperwork and transactions for your finance team.
1. Log in with your Facilitator username and password and click on Place an Order from the menu. Here you can see the Enrollment Credits Calculator. If you manage multiple locations, select the location you wish to purchase for.
2. Enter the number of staff seats you wish to purchase next to each course, (the number of Enrollment credits will be automatically calculated in the summary at the bottom).
3. Select your preferred payment method - either pay right away with a credit card, or opt to receive an Invoice (you will be prompted to provide a billing contact , and the invoice will be sent directly to this contact). If you pay online with a credit card your enrollment credits will be immediately available. If you opt to receive an invoice, your order will be processed and an invoice will be be sent to the billing contact within 24-48 business hours.
4. Once your order is processed, you will receive confirmation via email. Only once we receive payment of the invoice will access to enrollment seats will be available.
5. You can return to the Place an Order page, and at the very bottom you can see your current and past orders and their status. Easy!
Should you want to order as you go instead? Enroll staff following our normal enrollment procedure and you'll be able to place orders just for the staff you enroll, when you enroll them. This is the least cost effective method of ordering as course fees are determined by the number of enrollment seats ordered each time.
