How can I see staff progress?

The downloadable report is the simplest way to see if staff have completed their course. However, If you are wanting to see more detailed information about how far along in the course a particular student is, then take a look at the grades of the staff.

1. Log in to our website, and click on "view course" for ES02 (or ES06 or ES05).
2. Once you are on the course home page, scroll down and look for "Grades" in the navigation menus on the left and click on it.
3. This gives you an overview of the grades staff have achieved in the modules.
4. If you manage multiple groups, you may need to use the drop-down menu above the list to display the correct group.
5. If you have a lot of staff, you can use the alphabet filter, for example, clicking on "A" for first name will show only staff with a first name starting with A.
6. Staff generally complete the assessment after each module, so this can give you a good indication of how far along they are.
