There is a way to see what a student has clicked on and a timestamp of that action, but not definitive way to know how much time they spent (eg. they might have opened the module, walked away from their computer and then left their browser open for 2 hours).
Looking at their Activity Report logs might give you the information you are after. Please see the related FAQ on Activity Reports.
