When you are in the report, the columns are compressed so they all fit on the page. On smaller screens, this causes some information to appear as ##### symbols.
To expand the column width and reveal the information, hover your cursor over the right side border of the relevant column at the very top where the letters are (A, B, C, D, etc). Then, click and hold on this right border and drag it to the right until the column widens and the information appears.
