How long will I need to spend facilitating this program?

This is a bit of a tricky one, because it really depends on you, your staff and your workplace. Most of our clients tell us they spend less than 1 hour a week facilitating the program. As you might have realised, during the early stages of the program you may need to spend more time as you get the bulk of the staff started in the program. As well, when the program is first introduced, you'll probably be answering quite a few extra questions from staff until the program becomes established.

We recommend you log in at least once every 3 months and download a report on your staff. Take a look at which staff may have courses expiring in the coming months so that there is plenty of time to follow up with them or to talk with us about Extensions or Refunds.
