Do you have any staff who need additional time due to special circumstances? We may be able to provide a once-off 3 month extension free of charge, as long as their course time has not yet expired. Please contact us at admin@step2education.com with the student's name to request an extension.
If a student's course time has expired, you can re-enroll them at the cost of a new enrollment. This will give them a new 12-month access, and any progress they had made previously is rolled over so they can pick up where they left off. Read more about re-enrolling staff here.
If the staff member has not started and is unlikely to complete, even with the additional time, it is recommended to request their removal instead (crediting you back with their enrollment points) and re-enroll them upon their return.
