Expired Enrollments

If a student was unable to complete their course, and their course access is now expired, you can reinstate their access by purchasing a new enrollment for them.

This will reinstate access to the course, with a new expiry date/enrollment period. Any progress in their assessments they had made is saved and rolled over to their new enrollment, so they can continue where they left off.

If you are covering the re-enrollment: follow the steps for Re-enrolling staff.
If you would like the student to pay for their re-enrollment this time, they will need to contact us to start this process.

Extension instead?
Course access expiry dates for each student are listed in your downloadable report. If you are aware the student needs additional time, before their course expires, the student may be eligible instead for a short extension.
