Staff can access their courses 24/7/365 from any computer, tablet or smartphone that is connected to the internet. Their unique username and password will allow them to log in from anywhere. Your workplace may require staff to complete their course before beginning employment, at dedicated study sessions, during slow times at work or in their own time.
Some hospitals will pay staff to study, whether they are at home or work etc. Consider what suits your workplace and staff best and keep in mind that adult learners tend to learn best when they are given the flexibility to study where and when they choose.
