What if I can't remember or have not received my user name and password?

If you have not received, forgotten or misplaced your user name and/or password:

1. From the homepage, click on the "Log In" link or button and you will be taken to a window which asks for your user name and password.
2. If you don't know your username, in the "Username" box, you can instead just enter your registered email address.
3. Click on Forgot your password?, and you will be prompted to enter your registered email address.
4. Check your email for a reset link. If nothing has arrived within 10 minutes, check your spam/junk before trying again.
