In order to receive your Certificate of Completion, you are required to successfully complete all assessment quizzes.

  • Some short courses have a single Assessment Quiz or Final Assessment (ES05, ES04, ES06), whereas others have multiple Assessment Quizzes (ES02).
  • The pass mark is 80%. For courses with multiple assessments, you must achieve 80% in each quiz (not just overall).
  • If you need additional attempts in any of your assessments you can request help.

You can easily see if you haven't quite met the pass conditions for your certificate. Underneath your certificate, it will list any conditions you have not yet met.

This student still needs to pass Module Assessment Quizzes 2 and 8. The certificate is grey and cannot be clicked. They may need more attempts. This student has passed all their Assessments and they can click on their certificate to collect it.

Once you have met the conditions for completion, your certificate will be accessible by clicking on the Certificate link. Your certificate will be displayed on screen; and you can save it to your local computer for future reference or print it.

Note: Accessing your certificate is the final step in completing your education; therefore, you must download it in order for our system to identify you have completed the course
